The following is the lists of databases and computer programs developed and maintained by the Microbial Evolution Laboratory at MSU, under partial financial support from MRU through FWD IRN, NIAID. Other computer programs can be downloaded at the STEC center and the Microbial Evolution Laboratory website.

AlignRef: Align MLST sequences with K12 reference sequences
SequenceConcatenation: Get MLST sequences in interleaved MEGA format
ChromatogramViewer: View chromatogram of selected MLST sequences
In Silico RFLP: Predict digestion patterns and fragement sizes of single, double, or multiple digestions of input sequences by any or any combinations of user defined restriction enzymes and/or the default set of 532 enzymes
Simple Genome Browser: Obtain nucleotide sequences based on sequence positions in the following genomes: Escherichia coli, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Streptococcus agalactiae, S. mutans, S. pneumoniae, and S. pyogenes.
