Vernadette Simon
M.S. (1997) Biology, Pennsylvania State University
Verna spent one year gaining laboratory experience at Princeton and three years
doing spotted microarray work in the Arabidopsis Functional Genomics Consortium
at Michigan State University. She spent two years as the Affymetrix Core Facility
Manager at the University of Michigan Medical School and now is now at the Mayo
Clinic. Verna is a part of the Microarray Shared Resource at Mayo, where she
is the custom spotted array "guru". She also does Affymetrix chips and Real-Time
(q)PCR when needed.
