David G. White

Dave left Penn State in 1992 to be a postdoc in Stuart Levy's laboratory
at Tufts University Medical School. He then was a assistant
professor at the University of North Dakota before moving to his
present position as a research microbiologist in the
Division of Animal and Food Microbiology,
Center for Veterinary Medicine at FDA.
His research interest is the molecular mechanisms involved
in the emergence and persistence of multiple antimicrobial
resistance among bacterial pathogens.
